We have been scrubbing down Cyan Clayworks to open it up to our membership following the Covid-19 lockdown here in Edinburgh. A frustration about one of our Shimpo RK series, is that the splash pan clips are missing. It is quite common for these clips to go ‘walkies’, especially in a group studio or University. During the lock down, I bought myself a Ender 3 3D printer. I thought I would design and print off some clips to make throwing on this wheel a little cleaner.

I designed them in Fusion 360, sliced it with Cura, and printed a pair of clips in about 3 hours. It is a common problem with hand-me-down-wheels, I thought I’d share the drawings so everyone could print them. The files can be found on Thingiverse. Just click on the picture. Enjoy!
